EnglishOS
EnglishOS is an emerging implementation of ConversationOS for people who already know enough English but struggle to keep a real conversation going. It is being developed now, alongside MandarinOS, as a second concrete way conversation becomes the path to knowing people.

Many people can answer simple English questions. The difficulty starts when the prepared answer runs out. EnglishOS is exploring a different problem: not how to learn more English, but how to use the English you already know to keep a conversation going — and eventually get to know another person.
Before You Build
AI can generate possibilities, challenge assumptions and accelerate execution, but it cannot decide what is worth doing. This essay argues that the human role is to exercise judgement through convergence: searching for the right decision by testing alternatives against the benefits sought, the evidence available, the risks involved and what is realistically achievable.
